Be careful if you're in Ericeira for a few days and want to get some work done at this coworking space. The photos on the website and Google Maps might give you the impression that you'll get a desk and a proper desk chair. However, if you're a daily or flex member you'll only get to sit on an uncomfortable wooden bench or school chair. Not recommended for people with back pain.The table itself is also quite narrow and might be an issue for people with bigger laptops.
On a monthly pass, it's probably okay but the owner also didn't leave a positive impression on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to get some work done! You have to go downstairs for meetings, but therefore there is a great work atmosphere upstairs. Owner is really nice and welcoming. Dog-friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salt is absolutely the best place in town. I have been a member for already a year now and absolutely loving it. Its located in the heart of Ericeria with everything you might need on literary 2min walking distance - cafes, restaurants, the beach:). It has a super fast wifi connection, lovely cosy design interior and most of all amazing community. Mariana (the owner) and her amazing energy truly foster that feeling of belonging and being part of a community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked at Salt for two months and it's such a lovely place to be. The sense of community is great with a blend of monthly and daily/flexi workers from all over the world. The weekly lunches and activities organised by the owner, Mariana, really bring everyone together, and the studio has all the practical elements too: Fast wifi, free coffee and snacks, and a great location just off the village's main square. Highly recommend!

The set up is top notch with lightning fast internet across two floors, proper desks and chairs (I worked there comfortably up to 37 weeks pregnant!), private call room, kitchenette. Salt is located right in the centre of town so you can pop in and out very conveniently. The owner, Mariana, goes above and beyond to foster a community feel and make sure everyone is catered for whether through her bright smile and approachability or the complimentary coffee/tea and biscuits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Coworking spaces on the Western European coast. The space is bright, the internet is good, the community is active and social (but if you’re not that’s cool, too) and the location is second to none. If you subscribe for a monthly pass you get a dedicated desk, which makes it more of a personal workspace rather than just checking in and out. Marianna, the founder, is a lovely person and will help you with anything in Ericeira - related or not to the Coworking. Highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing... I paid online and when I arrived; there was nobody to welcome me and show the place, how it works, wifi access, etc... I could just walk in without pay... silly isn't? I had to ask around and some other girl that was also for the first time was a bit lost... The place is pet friendly, but the dogs for the regular residents were barking all the time... Also, very cold place during the winter and who to ask to put the heating on? I really wished it was a more pleasant co-working experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Salt is by far the best coworking place in Ericeira. I am honestly excited to come here every morning. I have been at Salt for a month now and absolutely love the work-vibe. It's the prettiest place, very bright, comfy chairs and much space for calls and private meetings, delicious cookies + granola, everyone is super friendly and supportive. The owner Mariana is such a warm-hearted and caring person and makes everyone feel very welcome :) 10/10 can recommend!
