Mothersurf is an eco-friendly surf and lifestyle brand, created to inspire and promote an eco-conscious lifestyle, offering an alternative that is environmentally and socially responsible.

The result is a carefully curated selection of high quality surf and lifestyle products that won’t cost the Earth.

We live in a world where climate change and plastic pollution are real threats to our existence and yet their priority is way down the list.

 We can blame the government and corporate companies, but as consumers we hold so much power in the choices we make everyday. When you choose a product that is eco-friendly, sustainable or fairtrade, you make a statement and show support for the continued manufacturing of these products.

 Mothersurf was created to highlight the desperate need for social change to a more sustainable and eco-conscious existence. As a brand we only produce high-quality, fair-trade, organic clothing that is climate neutral, manufactured using renewable solar or wind energy.

 Mothersurf is an inclusive brand where we endeavour to source and produce items with a balance between high-quality and affordability. We strive to make socially and environmentally responsible products accessible to all and the new norm. We champion the eco-brands that are changing our world for the better and leading an evolution in the surfing industry.

 Locally we support and sponsor young athletes, surf competitions and festivals, ocean cleanups, and environmental charities. On an international scale we collaborate with other like-minded organisations and distribute eco-friendly products. Our objective is to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

 Created in 2017, Mothersurf was realised whilst travelling the picturesque Portuguese coastline by motorhome. In the World Surfing Reserve, Ericeira, the Mothersurf concept store opened it's doors to encourage an eco-conscious lifestyle, aspiring to make a difference with promise of a brighter, greener future.

 The Mothersurf logo features our daughter's hand - a symbol for hope and virtue, unity between people and nature, and the future of the next generation who will inherit this earth from us.  An emblem synonymous with everything Mothersurf stands for - eco-conscious and sustainable living, fair wages, natural, recycled, non-toxic and protection of our environment.
