É	Élio Fernandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the most known Hotels in Algarve. It has direct access to the Vilamoura Marina at the front and to the beach at the back. I don't rate it 5 stars because lacks sound proof, the WC silicon were all black/dirty and the AC fan makes some noise in the room that I've stayed. The people that worked there were all extremely nice.

The restaurant on the beach was really nice and cocktails there at sun down was a great way to start the visit. The views from one of the top floors of the hotel over the Marina and the beach side were stunning. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from around the Marina if you choose to eat away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, each with a balcony, beds are amazingly comfortable and the bathroom beautiful - and very clean. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. Out of season it was affordable - just but worth it!

From the doorman , reception staff , bar staff and restaurant staff , all the way to house keeping 5stars . Will definitely return without question. Thank you ?

M	Michelle Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotels location is great- you have both the marina and the beach on your doorstep! The hotel is beautiful, well kept. The breakfast on offer is a large buffet selection, you will be spoilt for choice! We paid a little more to stay on the 3rd floor... couldn't really work out if it was worth it or not. The hallways do echo with sound so unfortunately if you have late arrivals or groups coming in late at night- you may get disturbed in your sleep. The rooms get cleaned frequently which is nice. The bathroom was lovely and big...shower was powerful as was the hairdryer. There's a nice gym here too which you have to book. The pool is a good size with a fair number of loungers surrounding it. Generally we enjoyed our stay here, staff are friendly, but it's just missing that little extra for me to give it the full 5 stars.

The rooms are spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the ocean or the marina. Beautiful pool area with easy access to the beach. Fully recommend this excellent hotel. We'll be back.

Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by a strong smell of sewage, which hotel staff tried to describe as tidal. It definitely wasn't tidal. The cocktail bar and main restaurant are completely overpriced, with 2 drinks costing €36.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere with a nice smell, due to diffusers around the hotel. Indoor swimming pool was heated which was nice, staff were extremely helpful with things. They would prepare the room for the night as well leaving chocolates on the bed as a nice touch, providing housekeeping services twice instead of just the usual once a day! Loved the chocolates so much I had asked the staff if I could buy them, they had advised they were not for sale, and to my surprise I had a bundle of them left on the bedside table when I got back to my room! I would get to breakfast just before last entry, and staff were more than happy to accommodate at all times, with a wide range of items provided including a fruit platter, bakery basket, hot dish, hot drinks and juices. A massive thank you to the lady who would do the room preparation for night time, I do not remember your name, but you were very friendly and would go out of your way to make sure the room was prepared perfectly, and reminded me of extra towels and things that I had forgotten about. She remembered how I have my perfect bedroom layout all the time. Wouldn't need to think twice about staying here again, in my next visit to Algarve!
