★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício já com 35 anos e as fachadas encontram se muito degradadas, o edifício é emblemático e uma marca da Costa de Caparica deveria estar mais conservado , seria um bom cartão de visita , assim é mais um edifício com andares vagos e os propritatarios nem se quer os visitam
