★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cliente assídua das tous, hoje na loja da Rua Garrett, foi enganada por uma funcionária, pedi para experimentar uma pulseira, onde no meu pulso tinha 4 pulseiras minhas, também da tous, uma delas era a de madre pérola, que caiu ao retirar a pulseira da loja, assim que foi pagar dei por falta da minha, disse a funcionária para ver junto do tabuleiro ou no balcão se estava caída, pelo modo como se mostrou compremedida sem grande preocupação e indiferente ao sucedido, nada fez.
