★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la première fois que j'utilise les services de Trans-Leao, pour 2 valises partie de Leao et récupérer a Chennevières sur Marne.
J'ai récupéré mes valises mouillées car elle avait été déposées en extérieur. ( Vêtements et papier mouillées, heureusement que l'eau n'est pas allé jusqu'au appareil électronique)
Lorsque j'ai fait remarquer cette situation au moment du retrait, j'ai eu le droit a une réponse très nonchalante : " oui, vous avez bien vue qu'il a plus".
D'une part ce n'est pas professionnel laissé des valises sous la pluie mais en plus le personnel ne prend même pas la peine de s'excuser et prend les clients de haut.
This is the first time that I use the services of Trans-Leao, for 2 suitcases part of Leao and to recover in Chennevières sur Marne.
I recovered my wet suitcases because it had been left outside. (Wet clothes and paper, luckily the water did not go to the electronic device)
When I pointed out this situation at the time of withdrawal, I was entitled to a very nonchalant response: "yes, you can see that he has more".
On the one hand it's unprofessional left suitcases in the rain but on top of that the staff don't even bother to apologize and look down on customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon transporteur, sympa et sans prise de tête ! Très pratique pour envoyer vos colis du Portugal vers la France surtout si vous êtes en avion et limités à 20 kg ! Prix très intéressants amortis très facilement vu la différence des prix France Portugal ! Un peu compliqué à trouver car la carte Google est erronée (j’ai fait une demande de modif à Google, j’attends que cela soit validé) Ci-dessous la photo satellite avec le repère modifié !
Very good transporter, nice and no hassle! Very practical for sending your parcels from Portugal to France especially if you are by plane and limited to 20 kg! Very interesting prices amortized very easily given the difference in France Portugal prices! A little complicated to find because the Google map is wrong (I requested a modification from Google, I am waiting for this to be validated) Below is the satellite photo with the modified marker!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualité de transport bonne, par contre le personnel à Chennevieres est tellement mal aimable. On vous ignore, vous parle mal avec aucun respect. ( encore plus si vous ne parlez pas Portugais) Sur les 3 dernières livraisons il y a eu sur chaque fois des altercations, c'est dommage, Il faut faire quelque chose !
Quality of transport good, on the other hand the staff at Chennevieres are so unfriendly. We ignore you, speak badly to you with no respect. (even more if you don't speak Portuguese) On the last 3 deliveries there have been altercations on each occasion, it's a shame, something must be done!
