Uma das viaturas chegou com a traseira toda danificada, tendo sido danificada no navio. Pedimos justificações via email. No primeiro email responderam que iam passar para o departamento de seguros esta situação. Esse departamento e os outros, até hoje (já vai mais de três meses), depois de várias tentativas de contacto via email, ainda não nos respondeu. Acho uma falta de respeito para com a nossa empresa, pois além de não responderem, nem foi feito um pedido de desculpas pelo sucedido.
Não recomendo nem recomendarei a nenhuma outra empresa serviços de transporte de viaturas com esta empresa, pois o seu apoio e serviço pós venda é inexistente, incompetente e desrespeitoso.
My company transported vehicles from the mainland to Funchal.
One of the vehicles arrived with the rear completely damaged, having been damaged on the ship. We ask for justifications via email. In the first email they replied that they would pass this situation on to the insurance department. This department and the others, until today (it's been more than three months), after several attempts to contact us via email, still haven't replied to us. I think it's a lack of respect for our company, because in addition to not responding, nor was an apology made for what happened.
I do not recommend nor will I recommend to any other company car transport services with this company, as their support and after sales service is non-existent, incompetent and disrespectful.
