Amabilidad absoluta, siempre atento a la necesidades del cliente y darle respuesta a las mismas. En nuestro caso necesitábamos almohadas más bajas y han sido compradas el mismo día. Sabiendo que deseábamos silencio y relax nos movió a un dormitorio más apartado. Pero no es lo único quizá lo más llamativo. Es un cúmulo de pequeños detalles (consejo y reservas de restaurantes por ejemplo). Sabe tratar perfectamente con los clientes. El hotel es muy bonito y luminoso, está muy limpio. La cocinera además de ser buena cocinera, es muy dulce y encantadora. Para el desayuno se puede elegir la hora y estará todo preparado; para nosotros ha sido más que sufiente y sabroso ( frutas, cereales, zumos, café, te, tostadas, huevos...) . Muy buenas las toallas, y la ropa de cama así como la ducha, aunque por poner un punto de mejora, podría poder colgarse la alcachofa de la ducha (pero que si no, también) Me ha encantado la vajilla de buena calidad para desayunos y restos de la comidas. Los amenities huelen muy bien. The best thing about the accommodation (without it being the only thing) is Alex (the manager). Absolute kindness, always attentive to customer needs and responding to them. In our case we needed lower pillows and they were purchased the same day. Knowing that we wanted silence and relaxation, he moved us to a more secluded bedroom. But it is not the only thing perhaps the most striking. It is a collection of small details (advice and restaurant reservations for example). He knows how to deal perfectly with customers. The hotel is very nice and bright, it is very clean. The cook, besides being a good cook, is very sweet and charming. For breakfast you can choose the time and everything will be prepared; For us it has been more than enough and tasty (fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, toast, eggs ...). Very good towels, and bedding as well as the shower, although to put an improvement point, it could be possible to hang the shower head (but if not, too) I have loved the good quality dishes for breakfast and leftover meals. The amenities smell great.

Canceling an Odyssey experience at 22:30 the day before it is out of this world. It wasn't even bad service, but it's too bad to be true.

Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Le personnel est aux petits soins et parle couramment anglais. One of the best establishments in Elvas! Old palace tastefully renovated. The rooms, the service, everything is perfect. In addition, this hotel has a swimming pool. We will return to it with great pleasure. The staff are very attentive and speak fluent English.

Quarto junto à piscina com pouca privacidade. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Simpatia no atendimento. Elegant house in a poor area of the city. Tastefully interiir between the modern and the classic. A piscina é pequena e dá sombra durante grande parte do dia mas como Elvas é muito quente, não foi um problema. O quarto era grande e confortável mas não tínhamos rede lá dentro. O pequeno almoço era bom, no entanto era pouco variado, sendo que não podíamos escolher o que queríamos, era-nos trazido à mesa. Honesty bar junto à piscina com várias bebidas disponíveis. Toalhas de piscina confortáveis. Funcionários simpáticos. Very nice hotel. An old manor house restored to the moth, where good taste reigns in the decoration. The pool is small and provides shade for most of the day but as Elvas is very hot this was not a problem. The room was big and comfortable but we didn't have a hammock inside. Breakfast was good, however it was little varied, as we couldn't choose what we wanted, it was brought to the table. Honesty poolside bar with various drinks available. Comfortable pool towels. Friendly staff.

Pequeno almoço delicioso e requintado com produtos caseiros e locais. Possui todas as comodidades inerentes a um alojamento moderno. Lovely manor house adapted for local accommodation. Spacious rooms and access to living rooms with original period decor. Delicious and exquisite breakfast with homemade and local products. It has all the amenities of a modern accommodation.
