★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic to say the least. Don’t expect a cop room - aircon is centrally controlled and unless you ask for it to be turned off - heat pumped into room. Even when off somewhat of a sauna - and you daren’t leave window open or you get noise from aircraft on approach every 15 minutes or so. TV is something out if the mid to late 80’s and didn’t work even though it was reported twice. What one might call a tired hotel in need of some TLC and investment. Tea and coffee making in room but no milk - that’s extra from the bar ! Plus side it’s walking distance to Metro and local sights and breakfast was ok .... er that’s about all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy, old, a lot of things in my room did not work. Wifi is weak. The cleaning staff comes around at 8hrs slamming doors. Breakfast was really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK HERE!! When you arrive you will find the door closed TV on as it s somebody inside, but actually the entire building looks empty and lights off . If you call the property nobody will answer you , do not even bother to try the doorbell . Really terrible experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Customer service absolutly helpless. I asked to see the manager but I was never able to see him since the staff at the main desk kept giving me excuses. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!
Better to pay a little more for better costumer service!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE costumer service.
You better don’t have any issue that you need the manager to help you with, cause you’ll NEVER see the manager. They give you all sort of excuses (AND LIES) for you to not see the manager. Ridiculous I had to call the police because they didn’t have a complaint book available!
