★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was horrible. The doorman was particularly disrespectful. The room is super noisy you can listen people from room near by talking and listening TV.

The staff were incredible: really nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The AC was not working. As a result I could not sleep well. I reported this to the front desk twice. In response, I did not even get "sorry". I waited for 5 hours for the management to take care of the problem. They did not. If I could rate my experience as zero, I would rate it zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed is not very comfortable and the bedsheets have smell of humidity. The air-conditioner is noisy although we had specially requested one with less noise. Low quality toiletries, and they charge 3,50€ for a 500ml bottled water. Very limited choice of their buffet breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was cleaned every day, they charge the bedding and towels everyday. Staff are very nice, friendly and speak English fluently. Alot of choices for the breakfast offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel! The hotel is very new and well-facilitated.
Room is spacious and spotlessly clean. Lisbon is cold at night in winter but the room has very good heating and cooling system. I stayed in some places before in Portugal but all of them are cold even with heater on, but Turim Saldanha has perfect heating system to keep the room warm all time.
Location is good too within walking distance to metro line yellow and red.
The breakfast could be better with more options; it’s a bit simple for a 4-star hotel. Staff of the breakfast is super nice and friendly. Also, the sound proof is not very good as you can listen to sounds from room next door.
Overall, excellent stay and well worth money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean and they got cleaned regularly. The hotel was beside a construction site while we stayed there so it was a little noisy in the room. Easy access Subway. Did notice a few times the front desk was unattended.
