A	Ashiq Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. It is close to city canter. Staffs are very cordial and address your issues with a smile. The breakfast is very average. The rooms are satisfactory. Fresh room is not equipped enough. I would give a three star as the AC was not working and after complain , I was advised to keep the window open.... :(
B	B rammetje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice modern hotel with a pleasant vibe. Well worth the few extra bucks over lower rated hotels. Open entrance with bar and lobby with some seats. Clean and recent rooms with everything present what one could expect. Bathroom is spacious and well equipped although our room did not come with a bathtub. The provided soap and shampoo is pleasant and the blow-dryer is a real one that actually dries your hair. The bar had happy hour till 20.00 so we could grab a nice fresh pint of beer on arrival. Nice complete breakfast with sufficient choices in breads, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruits, toppings and a wide selection of pastries and sweets. Being a coffee lover my only remark would be that a proper coffee machine would be a great addition. The current one tastes like instant powder coffee. All in all had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this hotel. Would certainly have no doubt booking again if I find myself in Lisbon again.
D	Dina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean hotel. All staff very friendly too. Loved the radio feature where you could listen to music even while having a shower as speakers in bathroom as well as room. Location was great too as minutes away from Metro station, ATM and supermarket and lots of buses including one to the airport
S	SAFAA HAJJI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The cleaning team though did not a very good job on the daily cleaning. The location was also good, lots of restaurants in the area, the Liberdade street was 2 minutes away and the Rossio train station was about 15-20minutes walking. The breakfast can be improved, not much variety but the few things they had were definitely delicious.
S	Susana Carvalho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel with a beautiful decorations. Very clean, good size rooms and bathrooms. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also good, although it is limited to Japanese cuisine, which makes it only suitable for guests who enjoy this type of food, which was suitable for us. We will definitely stay here again on our next time in Lisbon. Susana - Dublin.

The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and polite and it's located in a very nice area (about 20 minutes in walking distance to the historical city center, 2 minutes to the nearest metro station and 3 minutes to the Central station for touristic buses). The hotel bar was great and it had great snacks the whole day, the interior was lovely and another perk was the sushi restaurant on the first floor (great food and service). We will definitely choose it for our next trip to Lisbon.

J	Judith Winters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel in the first place but cancelled it after realising that it was too far from the stadium where we wanted to watch a football game, so we booked another Turim. Which was available at the time. After got a message that it was closed and we got an upgrade to Turim Marques, which brought us back to the same problem. I called the hotel, no success. They never replied on any of my emails or messages. We decided to go and see if they could do something at the reception. When I explained it on arrival to the reception, barely got a response. We decided to anyway check in as all other hotels were double the price or fully booked, when we came to the room, the whole floor was sticky and the hallway smelled like drain. We told the reception, but unfortunately again not much response. Room was further OK. Shower warm and sometimes cold. Breakfast was good but I don't think we will go back.
