Unfriendly and condescending service, and we were given incorrect information regarding COVID and traveling Portugal, which almost cost us 200€ and the last two days of our holiday (if we hadn’t taken the time to double check the information provided). We were hoping for a friendly local face, but after this experience we did not at all feel like coming back to the office in search for more information about the area.
