Mas o que mais lamento foi o facto do proprietário/funcionário da empresa ter utilizado o meu contacto telefónico para mostar o seu desagrado quanto a classificação atribuída o que constitui uma grave violação da confidencialidade do cliente.
I hope this rating makes you reflect on the quality of service provided. But what I regret most was the fact that the business owner / employee used my telephone contact to express his displeasure with the rating given, which is a serious breach of client confidentiality.
