★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um centro de saúde medíocre. Estou infetada com covid 19 e em momento algum estou a ser acompanhada por um médico por dizerem estar “cheios”. Não atendem telefones. Como é suposto alguém em isolamento manter contacto quando não fazem o trabalho deles em atender telefones ou fazer vigilância? Péssimo serviço. Assim que sair de isolamento escreverei no livro de reclamações.
 A mediocre health center. I'm infected with covid 19 and at no time am I being followed by a doctor because they say I'm “full”. They don't answer phones. How is someone in isolation supposed to keep in touch when they're not doing their job of answering phones or doing surveillance? Terrible service. As soon as I get out of isolation I will write in the complaints book.

Não consegui que me atendessem.
Calling the Health Center all afternoon, sometimes they hang up, sometimes they don't even answer.
I couldn't get them to answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O número de telefone aqui presente é só para inglês ver... Estou farto de ligar e o telefone nem sequer toca... Dá sempre linha ocupada. Só preciso de alta médica devido à covid... Não me obriguem a ir ao centro de saúde, por favor... É algo que se faz por e-mail ou nas aplicações do SNS (onde estou inscrito).
Não sejam tão preguiçosos e trabalhem!
The phone number here is just for English viewing... I'm fed up with calling and the phone doesn't even ring... There's always a busy line. I just need a medical discharge due to covid... Don't force me to go to the health center, please... It's something you do by email or in the NHS applications (where I'm registered).
Don't be so lazy and work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Pior centro de saúde que já estive até hoje... Primeiro - já estou inscrita há uns anos e até hoje nunca tive médico de família. Segundo - nunca fui acompanhada como deve ser e por um médico só! E de algumas vezes que tive sorte de ser atendida de urgência e por vários médicos diferentes sem saberem da minha situação. Terceiro - o atendimento deles é péssimo... Atendem os pacientes a querem despachar, falam de forma menos simpática, inventam desculpas, enfim nunca vi nada assim, isto é mesmo muito assustador! Vamos ficar assim até quando?!?!?
Terrible! Worst health center I've been to to date... First - I've been enrolled for a few years and until today I've never had a family doctor. Second - I was never followed up properly and by just one doctor! And a few times I was lucky to be seen urgently and by several different doctors without knowing about my situation. Third - their service is terrible... They treat patients, they want to send it away, they speak less kindly, they make excuses, in short, I've never seen anything like this, this is really scary! How long are we going to stay like this?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! The doctor didn't know anything! I had to beg to get a prescription to do a urinary and blood test. Few days later when I went to the clinic to do the exams, I was unable to do them, because doctor signed on the wrong part. Don't waste your time going there!
Não perda seu tempo, evite este lugar!
