Atendimento muito lento, muita gente na sala de espera quando estamos em plena pandemia, as funcionárias fazem-se passear pelos corredores sem atenderem as pessoas. Nunca vi tal noutra clínica da Unilabs. Very bad! Very slow service, a lot of people in the waiting room when we are in the middle of a pandemic, the employees walk around the corridors without attending to people. I have never seen such at another Unilabs clinic.

Very bad service, they make appointments for exams for nothing, we are waiting a long time in a room full of people, in the middle of a horrible pandemic I won't be back, terrible work.

A minha esposa na marcação de exames perguntou se tinham acordo com a ADSE ao que a funcionária respondeu que sim, no entanto no momento de efectuar os exames, um teve que pagar na totalidade, pois não tinham acordo com a ADSE. Para levantar os exames teve que esperar cerca de 20 minutos, pois estava só uma funcionária a atender e três a conversar atrás da balcão. Ainda por cima meteram os exames todos num envelope fechado, quando os mesmos foram pedidos por médicos diferentes. Não sei porquê a Unilabs lançou uma app, pois a minha esposa tem a App para receber os exames, no entanto no dragão dizem que não trabalham com a App. Anilabs / Dragão no seu melhor. Dragon Unilabs is the worst. Total lack of respect and incompetence in service. My wife, when scheduling exams, asked if they had an agreement with ADSE to which the employee replied that they did, however when taking the exams, one had to pay in full, as they had no agreement with ADSE. To pick up the exams, he had to wait about 20 minutes, as there was only one employee attending and three talking behind the counter. On top of that, they all put the exams in a sealed envelope, when they were requested by different doctors. I don't know why Unilabs launched an app, as my wife has the App to receive the exams, however in the dragon they say they don't work with the App. Anilabs / Dragon at its best.
T	Tania Montana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável tinha eco agendada pelo call center da Unilabs nesta clínica as 11.30 pois cheguei e fui informada que a marcação era às 11.10 conclusão não consegui realizar o exame.. Lamentável Unfortunately, I had an echo scheduled by the Unilabs call center at this clinic at 11.30 am because I arrived and was informed that the appointment was at 11.10. Conclusion I could not perform the exam.. Unfortunate
