★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, se estão abertos ao público, o uso das máquinas pra lavar e secar roupa do hostel não deve ter prioridade sobre os utilizadores pagantes. Tive quase 1 hora à espera pra depois chegarem os funcionários do Hostel e não me permitirem usar as máquinas. Este tipo de comportamento é inaceitável, e outro assunto a reclamar é o facto de colocarem moedas falsas na máquina de trocos. Não somos obrigados a gastar as moedas todas na lavandaria e depois ficamos com moedas que não têm qualquer valor. Enfim hoje foi a gota de agua Não volto a usar
 Bad service, if they are open to the public, the use of the hostel's washing machines and dryers should not have priority over paying users. I had almost 1 hour waiting for the Hostel staff to arrive later and not allow me to use the machines. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and another issue to complain about is the fact that they put fake coins in the change machine. We are not obliged to spend all the coins in the laundry and then we are left with coins that have no value. Anyway, today was the last straw I won't use it again
