★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an order 3 weeks ago with a prior notice saying that delivery times can be around 48/72 hours in these challenging times.
They said after 1 week wait and me contacting them, that they needed cellular confirmation to send out my order. They never called. I have been calling the shop every day for 2 weeks now with no answer and having sent multiple more emails.
I have needed the equipment and I have damaged and lost more because of the time that I have had to wait now.
False promises and bad commitment..
I wish they would just try and make things right but I have no idea what the are doing
