Nunca atendem o telefone e deveriam ter em atenção a população que servem. Muitos utentes sem qualquer possibilidade de utilização de outros recursos como o correio eletrónico, e para outros que nem tem fácil acesso a transporte, o telefone é a única via e a mais acessível para contacto. Por favor, tenham atenção a esta situação e atendam os telefones. Não é possível que o telefone ou a indisponibilidade para o atender seja constante.
