No responden al teléfono ni a los emails. Tras varias llamadas y un año de espera a la respuesta de mi email con todos los documentos necesarios para obtener el número de utente, decidí ir al establecimiento. La recepcionistas intentaron despacharme diciendo que "ya me responderían". Les dije que hacía un año estaba esperando respuesta y con pocas ganas, me hicieron la documentación. Este trámite les llevó literalmente 5 minutos, después de 1 año esperando. Posteriormente les dije que necesitaba marcar una consulta con un médico y me dijeron que no tenían médicos para mi porque tenían 3000 pacientes (como si fuera mi culpa), que tenía que ir a urgencias a lo que les respondí que realmente no era urgencia, era un tema de salud que necesitaba consultar con el médico para que me diera cita para un especialista. Su respuesta fue literal "¿pero qué tienes entonces?". Al final decidí irme y al poco tiempo, otro médico me confirmó que tengo derecho a marcar una "consulta abierta" aunque no tenga un médico asignado. Información que me ocultaron en todo momento. No entiendo cómo alguien puede hacer tan mal su trabajo. Realmente se esfuerzan para dar el peor servicio.
They don't answer the phone or emails. After several calls and a year of waiting for the response of my email with all the necessary documents to obtain the utente number, I decided to go to the establishment. The receptionists tried to dismiss me saying that "they would answer me". I told them that for a year I had been waiting for an answer and with little desire, they made me the documentation. This process took them literally 5 minutes, after 1 year of waiting. Later I told them that I needed to make an appointment with a doctor and they told me that they did not have doctors for me because they had 3000 patients (as if it were my fault), that I had to go to the emergency room to which I replied that it was not really an emergency, it was a health issue that I needed to consult with the doctor to make an appointment for a specialist. His answer was literal "but what do you have then?". In the end I decided to leave and soon after, another doctor confirmed that I have the right to schedule an "open consultation" even if I do not have an assigned doctor. Information that was kept from me at all times. I don't understand how someone can do their job so bad. They really go out of their way to give the worst service.

Exmos Senhores, Este centro de saúde é UM HORROR! - Não atendem o telefone - Procedem de forma abjecta, com atitudes de natureza inferior, inadequada e imprópria em cuidados de saúde. - É um centro que promove a doença, indignação, revolta e outros... garantidamente! Experimente precisar de atendimento e consulta!... - E ninguém faz nada. - Ganham centenas de € pagos por todos nós. ALGUÉM FAÇA ALGUMA COISA
Dear Sirs, This health center is ONE HORROR! - They don't answer the phone - They behave in an abject way, with attitudes of an inferior, inadequate and inappropriate nature in health care. - It is a center that promotes disease, indignation, revolt and others... guaranteed! Try to need service and consultation!... - And nobody does anything. - They earn hundreds of € paid by all of us. SOMEONE DO SOMETHING

Estou a tentar liga a mais de 1 mês e ninguém atende...deviam colocar pessoas que saibam o que é um telefone.

Boa tarde! Passei a manhã a ligar para a USF e foi dando chamada interrompida, agora mesmo voltei a tentar atenderam e pousaram o telefone ( eu ouvi). É ridulo este tipo de atitude, se não existe capacidade de resposta telefónica pelo menos respeitem quem tenta entrar em contacto com o centro de saúde. Quanto ao contacto por email agradeço brevidade na resposta visto a telefónicaser impossível, pois a situação em que o país se encontra é difícil para todos, os utentes não têm culpa do sistema assim como vocês se estivessem deste lado também gostariam de ver a vossa situação e das vossas CRIANÇAS resolvida.
Good evening! I spent the morning calling the USF and the call was interrupted, just now I tried again, they answered and put the phone down (I heard it). This type of attitude is ridiculous, if there is no ability to answer the phone, at least respect those who try to contact the health center. As for the contact by email, I thank you for the brevity in the reply, since the telephone is impossible, because the situation in which the country finds itself is difficult for everyone, users are not to blame for the system, as if you were on this side, you would also like to see your situation and of your CHILDREN resolved.

Ninguém atende quando se liga neste sítio, deviam trocar o número de telemóvel ou contratar alguém para atendê-lo
No one answers when you call this site, they should change their mobile number or hire someone to answer you
