★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VDL Gym is surprisingly well equipped for a resort gym, which is often relegated as a tick box to achieve hotel star ratings.
Ample space even before social distancing was the focus for people. Treadmills, cross trainers, floor space for work outs, static weight machines for quads, hamstrings and a smith machine. Two separate bench presses, bikes, cable machine and a separate area with rower and floor space for stretching, core work etc.
Wifi is strong and reliable, water is provided. During these times, best to bring your own towel.
