★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first moved to the Algarve we used VAP to find us a home and they went above and beyond to find the perfect place for us. We experienced many of the estate agents here don´t respond like the UK way do (which is to bombard you with calls the minute you look at their website!)and the Algarvian way is a lot more laid back, however, when we popped in to Vap it was a pleasant surprise to be met with 2 wonderful ladies who went above and beyond for us. When we moved from that property they went all out to try to find us somewhere else. My wife and i could not be more happy with the experience we had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at VAP are extremely helpful, but more importantly, the information they provide is always accurate.
When I rented the apartment that I currently occupy, they took care of everything (I mean EVERYTHING!) from towels to utility registration.
One more example: at one point there was a problem with one of the A/C. The entire unit was replaced in less than 48 Hs. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far my favourite estate agents! Jessica & Leticia were fantastic at finding us a place to call home when we moved here. We were fussy and had 2 dogs and were in a rush to find the perfect place for us and they would spend time - even when they super busy, to make time for us. I have recommended and still continue to recommend VAP (we used another estate agent only because the property we found was with them and it was so much more stress than what we experienced with VAP) Bad reviews like the one star below should not let you be put off with using VAP - 1 star when it was in the middle of a pandemic i personally believe are not warranted.

We were interested in buying a property in town, Leticia is very professional at her work, She showed us properties that we were interest in the computer and them took us to visit everyone of those properties.

We are here from the USA renting an apartment before moving to our new home here in Portugal. Vitoria has been wonderful!
