Se acontecer de se esquecerem de cancelar a subscrição, e no dia em que o valor é cobrado pedirem reembolso, a única resposta que obtêm é que o cancelar da subscrição é da responsabilidade do cliente e não há nada que possam fazer.
 The company looks at the customer as a simple way to make money. If they happen to forget to cancel the subscription, and on the day the amount is charged they ask for a refund, the only answer they get is that canceling the subscription is the customer's responsibility and there is nothing they can do.
