★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegámos com um gatinho de rua bastante magoado, com lábio aberto e dentinhos partidos. A nossa principal preocupação era garantir que o bebé não ficava com sequelas que não lhe permitissem ter uma vida normal, mas a equipa do hospital foi mais longe e fez uma autêntica cirurgia plástica: não só o gatinho faz uma vida perfeitamente normal (3 dias depois), como está tão lindo como era antes do acidente ?

 We arrived with a badly hurt stray kitten, with a split lip and broken teeth. Our main concern was to ensure that the baby would not have sequelae that would not allow him to have a normal life, but the hospital team went even further and performed an authentic plastic surgery: not only does the kitten have a perfectly normal life (3 days later ), as it looks as beautiful as it was before the accident ?
We recommend 100% and we appreciate all the love and attention of the hospital team ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de agradecer a este hospital a maneira como trataram o meu Athos, infelizmente o meu menino teve de partir, mas toda a equipa foi incansável no tratamento que lhe deram e também a nós tutores. Não sei se o deveria fazer, mas acho que se não o fizer estarei a ser ingrato a uma pessoa...Enfermeira Inês muito obrigado!!! Desde o primeiro ao último minuto esteve sempre presente, sempre ao nosso lado!!! Tomara muitos hospitais terem profissionais como este hospital tem!
I would like to thank this hospital for the way they treated my Athos, unfortunately my boy had to leave, but the whole team was tireless in the treatment they gave him and also us tutors. I don't know if I should do it, but I think if I don't I'll be ungrateful to someone...Nurse Inês thank you very much!!! From the first to the last minute he was always present, always by our side!!! I hope many hospitals have professionals like this hospital has!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almoat impossible to get someone on the phone, if you manage to get an appointment you will most likely still wait at least 30 minutes past the time to be seen. The personal is competent and helpful. Be careful to ask the price before you say yes to something, we were already charged for something that was actually optional.
