★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to change the chip registration of our dog but they couldn't do it. We have been there 4 times but they where always saying some other document was missing, which they forgot to tell us before. Then we just went to another vet and they changed it right away, without any complication.
And we already had some bad experience with them before, narcotizing our Galgo to stitch a little cut, not knowing that it is very dangerous for this breed.
