Espero que a qualidade de cuidados do mesmo, não seja equivalente à atenção que dão ao telefone.
Um bem haja para tomar conta dos nossos companheiros.

 My criticism is not about the vet itself, as I never had the opportunity to go there, it is due to the fact that I made close to 20 phone calls and no one answered me.
I hope that the quality of care of the same, is not equivalent to the attention they give to the phone.
