★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending Pilates here for several weeks whilst living in Portugal. The teacher is excellent. She takes time to ensure everyone, no matter their age, or ability, makes the best of themselves and the time with her. The classes have improved my posture and have helped remove some age related pain in my shoulders. I can’t praise the class nor indeed it’s participants highly enough I have felt very welcome from the get go. There are very few classes in the UK where that would have been the case where a foreigner joined a class, was made so welcome and the teacher was able to communicate so readily in a foreign language. I have loved my classes and will miss them hugely.
