★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to stay there because of an "stranded at airport" incident. However, we were pleasantly surprised . Very nice rooms and outstanding breakfast (many healthy options). We really regreted we had to leave early next morning to catch our plane. Would have loved to sample some of the spa programs. One star deducted for very loud ventilation that went off at 3pm out in the aisle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally prefer boutique hotels, but my son wanted a pool etc. so I gave in. I’m sure it complies with all 5 stars, but the hotel has no character or ambiance. It’s a typical, sterile “resort” for people who go on holidays but never leave the resort. Nice view from our room though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to match the information given on the reception, the buffet is not available on Thursday night, dinner is perfect but the night snacks are really bad (we were not able to eat the steak, was not possible to cut with a knife or anything, the bread had more taste than the steak and the only thing good to eat were the fries) apart from that, the rooms are clean and nice, the view in the balcony is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed with it actually. We love Vila Galé, but this was quite a different experience. On the positive side it is in a beautiful location with loads of fun activities for children and a tennis club on site. However on the day that we arrived for a one night stay, the lobby stank of BO, the room they showed us smelled of mould and the extra bed was made with an old blanket that frankly had seen better days.
My daughter and I suffer from migraines that are triggered by strong smells so we were unable to stay. The staff really tried to compensate, but my daughter was already feeling nauseous and begged to leave. We were very sorry as the hotel seems fabulous and the staff extremely accommodating. They did not charge us canceling fee and on the whole, if it were not for those unfortunate events I would recommend this hotel. I don't think the masks help the staff to identify the odors that they are exposed to every day.

Restaurant is ok but if you have time, you have better restaurants nearby (and cheaper). Staff is friendly. And last but not least they have activities for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and dinner buffet and the kids loved the indoor pool. The slide in the kids pool is a little bit scary and although they liked it I confess I was a bit ? The room was very comfortable. In the end, it was a very nice experience.
