The meal options can vary depending on the day, but you'll often be surprised with the overall quality of the ingredients. Prices can be a bit too steep, though. That's why we can rate 5. It's still a great place to go, but be prepared for expensive dishes.
N	Nick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet expensive place with an enclosed terrace. The staff was good. They made sure everything was as you wish. The drink menu is 99% wine, 1 beer and some soda. No choice at all for non wine lovers. The menu was a bit small as well and as said, pretty expensive. The food was good but not that special in any way. I would find a cheaper alternative with a nice terrace unless you're 65+ and like a fine wine.

We vowed to go there and we had to book in advance. Highly recommend it. We liked the different take on Portuguese food. Beautifully presented. Smells good tastes good.
E	Elena Liski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite expensive but a very cute place with nice flavours. However they tried to pull the silly breab basket scam on us at the end and didn't even apologise. This was disappointing cos we would've left a tip otherwise. Now we just remember it as a restaurant that wants to desperately get that 2 extra euros.
S	Stella L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant, really recommend it! Good quality and homemade food, they even have a vegetarian section with good choice. The service is impeccable and ambiance of the restaurant is cosy... amazing dining experience in Sagres!

When you enter the restaurant, you feel that upscale dinning vibe and when you open the menu and check the prices you feel like "humm, everything must be delicious to compensate for these such high prices". Unfortunately, I don't think the quality matches the prices. Not that we did not eat or were hungry at the end, but our expectations were completely missed. For example, the beef was not of that good quality and not very tasty, the creme brulee was slightly split and the taste was off, the flavour combination in more than one dish (the brownie desert for example) was not that good... The whole thing was, unfortunately, disappointing. The service was good, despite a bit frantic.

We wanted to try even if we read some negatives comments (especially price versus quality). Arrived at 21:05, served at 22:40. While we were waiting, no one has considered us (aqua ? Appetizer ? Apologies ? Just a word !?) When plates arrived, we were really disappointed by the quality : frozen fries (check photo attached - even at Macdonald’s they are better!) Big prawns had nothing special even if it is almost the plate the most expensive (28€) in the menu, I had difficulties to feel piri piri sauce. In fact comments were true : too much expensive to this kind of restaurant ! Don’t recommend at all.
