Localização idílica, para umas férias de praia! Fantástico para caminhadas. Sem a confusão do centro mas a uma pequena distância a pé. Piscina com ambiente calmo. Anfitriã Teresa de uma simpatia, disponibilidade e amabilidade de referenciar.

Local apreciável , bem localizado no cimo das arribas na Praia do Carvoeiro Bastanto silêncioso, para quem quer um bom desconso após muito trabalho, e apenas a 300 metros da praia e um passadiço recomendado pelas grandes revistas do turismo, situado nos 7 vales suspensos. 5 estrelas.

O alojamento tem quartos muito bem decorados e limpos. Muito sossegado e uma boa piscina. Mas vale ressaltar alguns inconvenientes como a TV que não funcionava e os aparelhos de ar condicionado. O da sala era bem antigo e ficava sempre a desligar. O do quarto, mais novo, tinha sensor de presença, com a inexistência de movimento desligava. E para dormir? A responsável não sabia nos explicar e não tinha ninguém para resolver. Uma pena pois o espaço é bem cuidado e bonito. São questões que podem e devem ser resolvidas.

Exelente localização e espaço muito agradável, em particular a zona da piscina, mas os apartamentos também têm boa qualidade, muito limpos e bem decorados

Nous avons séjourné à 3 reprises chez Terasa / Vivenda Brito. 1 fois dans le studio puis 2 fois dans la cactus house. Le gîte et les chambres sont situés dans un très beau jardin luxuriant, autour d'une piscine magnifique. Le tout à 2 pas du centre de Carvoeiro, de sa plage, son coucher de soleil sans oublier la promenade sur les falaises. Endroit très calme, très bien équipé, très bien entretenu et surtout très propre. Plusieurs places de parking devant le portail. Accueil très chaleureux et personnalisé de Teresa. En un mot, l'endroit parfait pour des vacances réussies en Algarve!

Os apartamentos estao limpos, a dona muita agradavel. Não precisamos do carro para ir a praia ao o restaurante. The place is clean, the owner is really nice and everything is near, we don't need the car to go to the beach or the restaurants

We holiday at Vivenda Brito twice a year and have done for the past few years, if we didn't enjoy every minute, we wouldn't go back. Can't understand that guy who said he was charged 40Euros for cleaning, he must have left the apartment in a very messy state.We have the large apartment at the end, the one with the b.b.q. but don't use it, there are to many good restaurants just a 5/10minute walk down into the town. Try Jota Lita, the owner, Joel is a bit of a nut case , his food is better than some, expect 40/50 Euros for two, you pay your money and you make your choice!! And no, we were not paid to add this comment, we sometimes get a bottle of wine at the end of each holiday, that's all! Back to Vivenda Brito, disregard that earlier review, the owner, Teresa is not the person who we know, the reviewer seems to be the sort of person who takes a perverse delight is writing such trash. Try one of the apartments, some are bigger than others I will admit, just tell Teresa you have come on the recommend of Sylvia and Norman from Manchester!

We were really looking forward to our stay there, having looked at pictures and reviews which seemed ok. In the end, our stay was really disappointing and the trouble started from day 1. Here are the reasons why we will not go back there: 1-We were supposed to get three rooms within the same house and were told on the spot as we arrived to the residence that some of us would need to move out from our room halfway through our stay. The owner had knowingly double-booked one of the room. This meant that some of us had to stay in a different house, a couple of blocks away. The owner still made money out of that charging us an extra 20 euros/ night. 2-The beds are out of shape and the mattresses very uncomfortable. In fact, my partner and I ended up sleeping on the futon since the springs of the mattress were digging into our body. 3-The A/C in one of the room wasn’t working (we were also told that on day 1 with no attempt to fix it or accommodate us as a result) 4-Forget about the bbq unless you get the specific room which has it. This was another disappointment as we had to argue with the owner in order to get a portable bbq which was A4 size and that we could only use for 5 days. 5-Some of the chairs inside the rooms are loose and I wouldn’t recommend using them. My partner fell from one of them and nearly broke her wrist. 6-Last but not least, you will not be able to pay by check or Credit/ Debit card. Everything is cash in hand. This comes in handy when she charges you a 40 euros cleaning fee for every single room. The cleaning fee had never been mentioned before and we were made aware of it during check out, minutes before leaving. We refused to pay it and were “threatened” by the owner that she would call the police, which to be honest, would only have served our cause. In the end she accepted all the cash that we had to take out and counted it several times, making the whole situation awkward, on purpose! I could have gone on and on about how the picture was different to what we actually got. I feel like our stay could have been a lot better if we had been more careful in choosing the place. In fact the location is nice and there are plenty of places around that are so much better and cheaper. Unfortunately, we were not cautious enough and just wanted to warn you that if you book this place, you will not be guaranteed to get what you see. Stay away from this place and you will save yourself not only money but more importantly the feeling of wasting your holiday and the time spent with your friends and family.
