Não poderia ter tomado decisão mais certeira; o meu problema foi solucionado em poucos minutos e com muita simpatia e prontidão por parte dos colaboradores da loja.

After so much despair in successive contacts with Vodafone customer support (which led me to consider changing operator) I ended up coming to the physical store.
I could not have made a better decision; my problem was solved in a few minutes and with a lot of sympathy and promptness on the part of the store employees.
