Acho que se numa loja conseguem resolver, então podiam fazer mesmo e na outra. Se o funcionário tem dúvidas, então deve ligar para supervisor.
Oppressive atmosphere in store. Employee cannot give all information, and solve problems. In a store in Aveiro I managed to receive more information, and it was all resolved. I think if in one store they can solve it, then they could do it and in another. If the employee has doubts, then they should call a supervisor.
