Nous étions les premiers clients de la soirée.. et quand j’ai voulu aller au toilette il n’y avait pas de papier toilette… les toilettes étaient sales, et la poubelle était pleine, il n’y avait pas de papier pour s’essuyer les mains non plus (et pas de gel hydroalcoolique à disposition) C’est vraiment dommage, car la base d’un établissement c’est d’avoir des toilettes propres pour les clients. Le chauffage n’était pas allumé, du coup il faisait froid dans la salle, obligé de garder son manteau.. Le jeune homme qui travail dans cet établissement est plutôt agréable quand nous arrivons, accueil correcte, mais ensuite pendant la soirée il a un comportement nonchalant..
Very large shisha, beautiful decoration, and good atmosphere. We were the first customers of the evening.. and when I wanted to go to the toilet there was no toilet paper… the toilets were dirty, and the trash can was full, there was no toilet paper. neither do you wipe your hands (and no hydroalcoholic gel available) It's a real shame, because the basis of an establishment is to have clean toilets for customers. The heating was not on, suddenly it was cold in the room, obliged to keep his coat on. The young man who works in this establishment is rather pleasant when we arrive, correct welcome, but then during the evening he has a nonchalant behavior.
