Considerando que abriram a embalagem ainda antes de ter sequer comprado o produto e a política de devolução da loja não aceita produtos com a caixa aberta ...enfim. Nunca mais.
Terrible attendance. I asked for an article with certain characteristics and the collaborator indicated a product that was vastly inferior to the desired one. Considering that they opened the package even before having purchased the product and the store's return policy does not accept products with the box open... anyway. Never.

Não comprei nada, simplesmente ia reclamar de um artigo que deixou de dar e o João, o funcionário que me atendeu, podia simplesmente ter reportado a situação sem me dar grande explicação. Mas não, o João deu-se ao trabalho de tentar tudo para reparar a peça, enquanto me explicava o que poderia fazer no futuro se voltasse a acontecer. Perdeu imenso tempo (e possivelmente outros negócios) a atender-me com a maior atenção, simpatia e cuidado, e no final vim embora com a peça reparada, sem gastar um tostão nem ter de enviar para garantia, e com a melhor experiência de atendimento ao público que já tive. DÊEM UM AUMENTO AO JOÃO, ele merece! ?
I had the best customer service ever at this store, that's not an exaggeration. I didn't buy anything, I was just going to complain about an item that didn't deliver and João, the employee who attended me, could have simply reported the situation without giving me much explanation. But no, João took the trouble to try everything to repair the part, while explaining what he could do in the future if it happened again. He wasted a lot of time (and possibly other businesses) serving me with the utmost attention, friendliness and care, and in the end I came away with the repaired part, without spending a penny or having to send it in for warranty, and with the best customer service experience. to the audience I already had. GIVE JOHN A RAISE, he deserves it! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people that were rude in answering the questions about the mi watch warranty and just did factory reset calling it unpairing. It was an empty store and they seemed like they just wanted me to get me out of there. They were unfriendly and entitled, not sure if those are the type of people you want working in your shop, but for sure those are not the people I want to meet when I go to the shop.
