On 05/27/2021 I called the number that is assigned to the washing to ask if it was by appointment or by order of arrival, they told me it was by order of arrival. (The number on the website is not the washing number) I arrived at 4:20 pm, I asked if it was possible to wash and vacuum they said that at that time only roller washing, they had just done a service, you paid and left there were no more cars to wash it was 4:20 pm I didn't understand why it wasn't possible to do the service I wanted because they only close at 5 pm and there were still 40 minutes to go, get out slowly and I found that the 3 employees were sitting and on the cell phone, they were probably waiting for 5 pm to leave??? The next day I came back earlier it was 3:45 pm again I asked if it was possible to do the service, an employee came and replied that it was not possible to do the service since the boss Mr Joaquim had gone to fetch two cars to wash, I explained to lady who had been there yesterday and was going to wait for Mr. Joaquim the boss to explain the situation and I waited, the employee in question was always extremely unpleasant, after about 10 minutes the boss arrived, Mr Joaquim, whom I asked to talk to him and explain the situation to you, your answer was (what do you want me to do)... because, really with an answer like this everything is said, as a client for many years I thought it was the last time I would be a client of this service with the response of Mr. Joaquim (boss). What makes them have this attitude is that there is no more offer of this service in Montijo because I believe that with the (sympathy) of both the employees and the boss, they had their doors closed. I do not recommend!!!
