Saturday night. Music played all night even past 6am. LOUD industrial strength noise machines from a nearby nightclub. You can hear the thumping in your ears literally all night and the walls are shaking. Not the the hotel's fault. But they need to report it. Pretending it isn't happening puts them at fault.

I loved the placed; Good shower, AC., good location! There is a bunch of small things that really help you out. Check those outlets and USB ports. Saved me a few pounds

I booked for a suite and we were given a classic room. When I politely went to the front desk asking if there was a mistake with my confirmation, nothing was made to make my stay feeling a bit better! Although the man at the reception was kind enough to at least apologize for the inconvenience, the lady rolled her eyes at me saying that it was not the hotel fault but the company I made the reservation with. I really wanted to like you Yotel ?But I can’t say I had a good experience. Would not recommend and not the service expected for a 4+ star in Portugal.

Great hotel! It has the modern conveniences you want - fast free wifi (just under 50MB up/down per a Google speedtest). Tons of USB charging spots in the room including 2 on each side of the bed and another pair at the desk. A very nicely equipped hotel gym (and one of the nicest-looking I've ever seen). Decent buffet-style breakfast, though it could use more options for the healthy eater. I had lunch there one day as well and the salmon poke bowl was nice and the lunch menu price very reasonable. The fact that there was an iron in the room was also a really nice touch! The room itself felt like Nordic design - good use of a compact space. No closet (see photos for where you can hang your clothes), no bathroom per se - just a shower cabinet and a toilet cabinet and the sink and mirror right next to the entry door - not a problem if you're traveling solo, but if you're a couple the space in the standard room might feel a little tight. The decor is definitely distinct - everything is bathed in white and purple, feels like you're checking to an arthouse sci-fi movie's space station. The adorable little service robot only adds to that, as does the adjustable-color lighting in the room itself (don't worry when you first walk into your room - it's fully in your control if you want to keep it like that). Location is good - not too far from anything, including just a couple of minutes' walk to the metro station. Absolutely worth staying here, especially if a very modern/futuristic style of things appeals to you. This was the first time I'd heard of the YOTEL brand and I'd not only stay here again on a return to Porto, but I'll be inclined to try their offerings in other cities as well.

Fresh and quite new hotel, everything was great. The staff is very welcoming and friendy. Only thing that was a little disappointment was the breakfast. I would have expected fruits/vegetables, but there wasn’t any? All in all it is a nice place to stay in Porto! ???

Stayed here for 5 days, just added one more night.. I love everything here. Location 5 minutes walk from Trinidad metro. Close to all the tourist sites.. walking 10-20 minutes. Breakfast was delicious, though expensive 15€ per person. Room service by the cutest robots ☺️ so nice! Very clean. Gym 24/7. The crew help with everything, direction (gives map and explain us) Very cool and trendy ? Recommend!! ????

Loved the hotel and the cool tech. App for your phone becomes your key and controls your room. Multiple USB chargers in the room to take care of all your devices. Great looking led lighting but not necessarily useful. I would have liked to see more white LEDs so I could read and see things better. The tech is cool but a little unreliable.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are well cleaned. I would just add a harder pillow but that's just my personal opinion of course. Overall good. The breakfast has a lot of variety.
