Mi experiencia con este hotel ha sido de las peores que he sufrido. El prestigio que les otorgan las estrellas de las que presumen deja mucho que desear en referencia al trato que proporcionan a sus clientes. No responden ni se hacen cargo de ningún imprevisto que pueda surgir desde que haces la reserva, aún pudiendo ser error de ellos. Solo buscan cobrar íntegramente.
My experience with this hotel has been one of the worst I have suffered. The prestige that the stars they boast give them leaves much to be desired in reference to the treatment they provide to their clients. They do not respond or take care of any unforeseen that may arise since you make the reservation, even though it may be their error. They only seek to charge in full.

Pesima experiencia, no reserveis con ellos. Nos han estafado y robado. Teniamos una reserva para marzo 2020 para Oporto. Ese mismo mes, Europa cerró las fronteras y no pudimos ir. Nos pusimos en contacto con ellos solicitar reembolso o cambio de fecha. Nos ofrecieron solo cambio de fecha. Pusimos la reserva para octubre 2020. Ahora estamos en octubre y Portugal cierra las fronteras y no podemos ir de nuevo. Nos volvemos a poner en contacto con ellos para buscar una solución o posponer la reserva a 2021 ya que según ellos no devuelven el dinero. No nos ofrecen ninguna solución, nos dicen que ya nos hicieron el favor en marzo de cambiar la reserva, que son momentos difíciles y que no les va bien devolver el dinero ni cambiar la reserva para otras fechas. Nos quedamos sin poder ir y con el 100% de la reserva perdido. No ha sido porque no podamos ir, sino por causas mayores de cierres de fronteras y se aprovechan para quedarse con las reservas que no se pueden efectuar. Tened mucho cuidado con ellos. No lo recomendamos a nadie y nunca más reservaremos con ellos.
Bad experience, do not book with them. We have been ripped off and robbed. We had a reservation for March 2020 for Porto. That same month, Europe closed its borders and we couldn't go. We contacted them to request a refund or change of date. They offered us only change of date. We put the reservation for October 2020. Now we are in October and Portugal closes the borders and we cannot go again. We get in touch with them again to find a solution or postpone the reservation to 2021 since according to them they do not return the money. They do not offer us any solution, they tell us that they already did us a favor in March to change the reservation, that these are difficult times and that it is not good for them to return the money or change the reservation for other dates. We were unable to go and with 100% of the reservation lost. It has not been because we cannot go, but because of major causes of border closures and they take advantage to keep the reservations that cannot be made. Be very careful with them. We do not recommend it to anyone and we will never book with them again.

Ellos te cobran, si luego hay una pandemia mundial y no puedes ir, no te cambian de fecha, no te ayudan ni te dan facilidades. A ellos les va mal devolverte el dinero que te han cobrado por un servicio que se niegan a darte y que quieres recibir pero que simplemente las autoridades no te dejan disfrutar. El único perjudicado, el cliente. Si no hubieran cobrado por adelantado seguro que no hubieran tenido problema en adaptarse y cambiar la fecha. He pagado por un apartamento que no he podido disfrutar y ellos se han quedado un dinero que no es suyo.
They charge you, if then there is a global pandemic and you cannot go, they do not change your date, they do not help you or give you facilities. It is bad for them to return the money they have charged you for a service that they refuse to give you and that you want to receive but that the authorities simply do not let you enjoy. I have paid for an apartment that I have not been able to enjoy and they have kept money that is not theirs.
