Também o atendimento foi bastante mau, sou cliente, não estou a fazer um favor a ninguém... Por isso as duas estrelas. The store has nice things and style. However there was a very strong smell of diffusers, making the environment completely uncomfortable. Also the service was pretty bad, I'm a customer, I'm not doing anyone a favor ... So the two stars.

Os preços são elevados, mas correspondem à qualidade e ao design. Por se localizat num shopping, oferece aa comodidades usuais. A toalha não foi sequer lavada, mas das sucessivas secagens ao sol perdeu por completo a cor e inclusive ficou marcada a zona da corda da roupa. Fui obviamente reclamar da fraca qualidade ao qual a gerente responde que foi graças ao "mau uso". Segundo a mesma, não deve ficar exposta ao sol. Informo portanto todos os clientes da Zara home que tudo aquilo que comprarem, estendam unicamente entre as 9 da noite e as 6 da manhã e não pode ser em lua cheia, não vá desbotar. Se deixarem ao sol de manhã, coloquem factor 50. Absolutamente ridículo! I bought a foot towel about a month ago. The towel was not even washed, but from successive dryings in the sun it lost its color completely and even the area of the clothes rope was marked. I was obviously complaining about the poor quality to which the manager replies that it was due to "misuse". According to the same, it should not be exposed to the sun. I therefore inform all Zara home customers that everything they buy only extends between 9 pm and 6 am and it cannot be on a full moon, it will not fade. If you leave it in the sun in the morning, put factor 50 on it. Absolutely ridiculous!

No que diz respeito a roupa, tem algumas coisas giras mas não sou fã. Acho os acabamentos fracos e não me entendo com os tamanhos. Já a parte para a casa gosto bastante. Não são baratas mas as peças tem um design bastante original. Zara is one of those phenomena worthy of study. Without spending on advertising, they sell millions in clothes, accessories and articles for the home (Zara home). When it comes to clothes, there are some nice things but I'm not a fan. I think the finishes are weak and I don't understand the sizes. I like the part for the house a lot. They are not cheap but the pieces have a very original design.

Super Laden und Kundenservice top! I found great knobs for my upcycled closet here. My wife has found a plate for herself, which she is very happy about. Great store and great customer service!
