 Excellent location! One minute from the Plaza de Principe Real. Very modern and beautiful. The floor is on the ground floor. I would definitely return. The host very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vale la pena, es un apartamento que huele muy mal, a humedad. Mejor mirar otras opciones, no volvería nunca. Por cierto la reseña que lo valora bien es de una de las personas que lo gestiona, hacer esto es engañar a los usuarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos con una reserva hecha en Booking, el apartamento es como el las fotos, pero cuando llegamos es como un zulo, un olor a humedad insoportable, no se podía respirar. No tiene aire acondicionado, si quieres que corra el aire tienes que abrir una ventana que da a pie de calle o la de un pequeño patio con la consiguiente plaga de mosquitos que entraron. El propietario es un impresentable, una de las condiciones de la reserva era el pago en efectivo, le dimos el dinero a la llegada y no nos dio ni recibo ni factura, se lo reclamamos y después de 6 días aun lo estamos esperando, no da la cara. Nos tuvimos que ir, no nos quedamos ni una noche. Hemos perdido los 410€ de la reserva mas lo que tuvimos que pagar por otro apartamento. NO ALQUILEIS EL ZOE HOME, en esa zona y en otras de Lisboa hay muchísima oferta de calidad, no tiréis el dinero.
We went with a reservation made on Booking, the apartment is like the photos, but when we arrived it is like a zulo, an unbearable musty smell, you could not breathe. It has no air conditioning, if you want the air to run you have to open a window that looks at the street or a small patio with the consequent plague of mosquitoes that entered. The owner is an unpresentable, one of the conditions of the reservation was the payment in cash, we gave him the money on arrival and he did not give us neither receipt nor invoice, we claim it and after 6 days we are still waiting for him, he does not give face. We had to go, we didn't stay even one night. We have lost € 410 of the reservation plus what we had to pay for another apartment. DO NOT RENT THE ZOE HOME, in that area and in others in Lisbon there is a lot of quality offer, do not waste money.
