★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to open a bank account here. While i understand the document needed were not up the the legal standards the way the employees treated me there was just apaling. Even though my company HCL techologies has an agreement with Activo Bank she was very rude, annoyed and had no pacience what so ever with someone who is new to the country and the legal system saying she does not care about any agreement. Talking in portughese with her colleagues that " ela é muito chata e antipática". She continued to say that i need to transfer 500 euros in 24 h while i kept telling her to open the account first then i will transfer. Then she somehow came to the convlusion that i do not have money. It must have been my clothes who scream poor person ??Very bad customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliberately slow, overtly rude and for some reason aggressive. Waited for over an hour just to ask a question which was not answered. Use any other bank, in fact even giving money to a homeless person or cat charity will keep your money safer
