★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort is really beautiful, with nice rooms with a balcony, two swimming pools, two bars and three restaurants. The all inclusive form is very good. The access to the beach is easy to walk, even if there are ca 90 steps. Staff is incredibly nice, professional and ready to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself, I have no word. Its like paradise and the beach access is just wow. It would be just good to make something like an elevator for the older or injured people who cannot walk those stairs down and up. The food was the best I ever ate, it was healthy and always so much variety. The kitchen staff should get a raise for how much effort they put it and as well the house maintenance. They did a job I never saw before. The only bad thing is the animation, it was very boring and not professional at all. With such a big complex you expect more. Some girls at the reception could be nicer too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to give 4 star everything was going really great until our last morning of check out. After bringing our heavy suitcases to reception as there was no one to pick up our bags we went to check out and then have our breakfast. We sat down to eat and then got told to leave and we are not allowed to eat now. This was at 7.15am. It was our last breakfast before our flight and we have paid all inclusive to have the breakfast. This was not a nice feeling to leave the hotel like this after we paid all inclusive for 5 nights. Maybe you should rethink your policy around this as it wasn't a pleasant experience. We won't be coming here again.

Broken/damaged stuff everywhere you look
Lots and lots of old people
The location is very nice, it's very close to a beach and the landscaping is nice. Although you will need a rental car if you want to leave the hotel because it's to far from anything else.
The food is overall good, lots of variety and well prepared and presented. Lunches and dinners are great, breakfast though is very blend and every morning the same. The seafood day is amazing! Drinks are good, although if u want something more then there instant ready cocktails from a machine you have to pay additional (all inclusive??!)
The staff is very nice..there is always someone greeting you or close by to serve you a drink. Most of them are locals and get advise you well what places or restaurants to visit if you would like.
The hotel feels very outdated. The rooms and landscaping are done very well and are renovated but the pools are not very clean and are old. Even the inside pool and sauna we're closed our entire stay for maintenance, quite rediculous if you pay for an all inclusive with wellness. Buildings and bars are just old.
Lots of things are broken or damaged. All the sunbeds are terribly old and require a lot of patience if u want to use them. The fabric is loose, the height adjustment seems to be broken one very single one of them (there's like 200-300 of them) and everywhere you look there's broken tiles, chipped edges or poor maintenance. It did not felt like a 4-star resort.
Take it as you want but the huge amount of old people ( talking 75+) gave this place a vibe that's not very positive. On all the sunbeds there's old people sleeping all day with there blankets. It's just very depressing for younger people.
Overall I would not return to this resort because the negative outweigh the positive for me. Unfortunate because the staff is really hardworking and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing! One of the best holiday experiences we've had. Room was spacious, modern and clean. The food was exceptional for a fully inclusive. Entertainment was great. We arrived at 10pm and the restaurant was closed, yet they had refreshments already waiting for us. They even arranged a cake and bottle of bubbly for my birthday. Staff was helpful and curtious. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going again! Thank you AP ADRIANA ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel, nice area around and beach side, great sunset. Ocean not so cold. Fantastic food in hotel is the best food in hotels 4* the girls in reception was not so kind and very slow. In restaurants was very quick personal and everything was clean and Nice. Gays who drives hotels cars very good and always on time. Very good people work in entertainment, Dancing and daytime games great, and very funny evenings. Now I know how to dance kizomba and know more about other dance. Rooms was clean and not so far from general part of Hotel. We would like to play to tennis but always we are busy in other staff in Hotel. You will find what to do there? And yeah cocktails ? but it was only one thing what disappointed. In Total everything was great!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice resort, loved the area with the trees and immediately at the beach. Stunning sunsets. Big resort, so get ready for a Walk to your room. Great food, no so happy with the dessert, but that's personal taste. We loved our stay in this resort.
We had 2 issues:
*They put is in a ground floor room and we explicitly asked not to.
*English people aren't that quiet at night, so during the weekend a lot of noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's advertised as a 4star Hotel of which I wouldn't of gave no more than 2 star the food was cold after being on a hot plate server, the rooms was tiny and that's with an upgrade to my establishment. The plug socket came away from the wall when trying to unplug the hair dryer in the bathroom which I would of had more blow out of my breath. The staff hardly talk or understand English and are quite simply rude when spoken too. The location isn't 5mins walk from the beach its well over a 25min taxi drive which worked out £20 each ride. The rooms didn't have bath towels we had to request them at reception again which wasn't a warm welcome.
