★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since we first went to this shop our experience has always been extremely positive! When my son's glasses needed replacing, all the staff made a very big effort to get the new glasses on the same day, so that I didn't have to return another day. What I like most is that it is a really personal service. They have so much experience that they knew exactly what my son needed, just by looking at him. He's also been given a colouring set to make him feel at ease whilst we looked at glasses for him. The personal service and attendance is outstanding and rarely found. I'd recommend this shop over any other located in shopping centres or similar. Thank you for all your help!
