★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado aos incautos... Fui enviar umas chaves por express mail. Peso de 36 gramas. Perguntaram qual a janela horária para entrega: entre as 8 e as 10 horas, entre as 10 e as 13h ou entre as 9 e as 18 horas. Escolhi entre as 10h e as 13h Paguei 5,90€ pelo serviço e quase 8€ pela janela horária!! Devia ter sido informado deste custo No final paguei mais de 16€.
Beware of the unwary ... I went to send some keys by express mail. Weight of 36 grams. They asked about the time window for delivery: between 8 am and 10 am, between 10 am and 1 pm or between 9 am and 6 pm. I chose between 10 am and 1 pm I paid € 5.90 for the service and almost € 8 for the hourly window !! I should have been informed of this cost In the end I paid more than € 16.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro de tudo não trouxeram a encomenda a minha casa, VERGONHA. Depois fui buscar a encomenda aos CTT e demorei 2h para conseguir tê-la para além disso havia um gajo que demorou 3h lá dentro.
First of all they didn't bring the order to my house, SHAME. Then I went to pick up the order from CTT and it took me 2 hours to get it. Besides, there was a guy who took 3 hours inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by to get some stamps to use for a letter that I was going to have someone mail to a US US address. There was only one working in the office, but there were no other customers. The lady at the counter didn't speak any English and I only know a few words in Portuguese and some Spanish. We were able to communicate and she was able to let me know that I could only use standard and not express service if I was going to buy the stamps for later use. In the end I got what I need, the transaction was fast, and we both had a little fun. I would recommend using this office.
Also there is a small produce shop in the same building. That shop keeper is also very friendly.
