I stayed in the mixed dorm room for around two weeks, and had the pleasure of being at this hostel for New Years! It was a blast, even though I wasn’t participating in the surf lessons, I really felt like I was apart of the hostel surf community! The manager: Mike is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and when I wasn’t surfing I was spending a lot of time with the volunteers and guests. The breakfasts were also super delicious and they do a good job catering to any dietary restrictions you might have! I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who values having a wonderful travel experience!

The Surf instructors, Lea and Ronal were great, with the whole group improving, but more importantly we had a lot of fun. There’s plenty of great extras with this hostel like yoga, the pizza night and Friday BBQ. The hostel staff put together an awesome breakfast every morning, ready for a day of surfing and made us feel incredibly welcome. We were sad to say to goodbye on our last day, but hoping to come back soon!
S	Simon Bernarding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled already quite often and stayed in many different places around the world. The Algarve Surf Hostel was one of my best experiences though!! Vici and Sindbad are very kindhearted people and made my stay just perfect! They are super welcoming and really care about their guests with amazing breakfast each morning, and different activities during the week. Especially as a surfing beginner, I definitely recommend the one week surfing package, as everything is included for a good start in the new adventure of surfing. Also, Tomas and Ronaldo, the two surf instructors, were just amazing. They explained everything right in detail and had always a good sense of giving individual improvement tips. So in general, I recommend this place to 200%! Cheers, Simon
