B	Bermudasteve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our hotel choice for a 6 day stay in Lisbon. Older classy style with comfortable rooms from which we had great views across Restauradores. Best thing was the location handy for walking anywhere or from Rossio station across the road, or from Restauradores metro next to the hotel. Also should mention the wonderful staff, great views from the breakfast, dinner, rooftop areas. Great stay. Lisbon is beautiful ?

S	Sandy Hauser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 5 star hotel. However I can't really see the 5 stars worth it. It is a great location to go everywhere within lissabon. Sleeping with open windows - not possible. It is just to noisy. Unfortunately our room had a strange smell and made us a bit uncomfortable to keep the windows shut during the night. Breakfast, the staff is friendly. But for a 5 start hotel I think they need to level up the breakfast. I don't understand how scrambled egg can't be real egg (5 star!) Cleanliness in the hotel (like toilets, breakfast room) should be leveled up. However it looks like a old hotel. In total it was okay I am just confused about the 5 stars and therefore the room rates.

R	Rob Sims on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice little find, we stumbled across the bar at the front, just off the square, fantastic hospitality and owner introduced himself...really clean (as new decor) the staff were excellent, with the service and information....definitely worth a visit, they do tapas aswell. Thanks a lot, great afternoon.
T	Thomas Stieger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately a 5 star hotel with no 5 star service. With very few exceptions the employees in the lobby and restaurant are unfriendly! You don’t feel welcome there. Ketchup to the burger came when the burger was almost done and having asked for it I almost got yelled!! I gave laundry and stated shirts shall be folded and they came unfolded. 5 star prices but not 5 star service. Also at the reception pure unfriendliness. Rather don’t ask any questions as you get told that they told you that already and treat you in a way which isn’t the way of a good host and that you feel welcome. Luckily Portugiese people are very friendly when you leave the hotel. Definitely not coming back to that place except of the amazing rooftop terrace!
D	David Newman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Courteous and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The bed was wonderful. Breakfasts were wonderful. Only negative is that service for dinner in the hotel restaurant can be slow.

The hotel is well located and the rooftop restaurant/bar is really good. on the other hand, the room service at night is ridiculous: nothing except a club sandwich (which is not great at all) and no alcohol served at night. The bar no longer serves after 11:20 p.m. For a 5 star, it's disappointing
