★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Céntrico y apartamento cómodo y bonito. La entrada no dice nada bueno de los apartamentos, pero luego el interior te sorprende por lo cuidado.
 Central and comfortable and beautiful apartment. The entrance does not say anything good about the apartments, but then the interior surprises you because of the care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los aparts son muy acogedores y bien equipados. Un detalle, hay que subir 2 pisos por escalera porque no hay ascensor! No hay recepción en la dirección principal sino que está a 2 cuadras, cosa que no se avisó de antemano y que retrasó mucho el check-in. El personal habla sólo portugués, a excepción del manager del establecimiento.
The aparts are very welcoming and well equipped. A detail, you have to climb 2 floors by stairs because there is no elevator! There is no reception at the main address but it is 2 blocks away, which was not notified in advance and which delayed a lot the check-in. The staff speaks only Portuguese, except for the manager of the establishment.

Fermata Metro davanti l ingresso a 10 metri.
Stazione ferroviaria di Rossio alle altro lato della strada.
Purtroppo molto rumoroso.
Alle 6.30 sveglia per la presenza di magazzino al piano terra del palazzo.
Appartamento pulito attrezzato ed ordinato.
Strategic hotel for getting around.
Metro stop in front of the entrance at 10 meters.
Rossio train station across the street.
Unfortunately very noisy.
At 6.30 wake up for the presence of the warehouse on the ground floor of the building.
Clean equipped and tidy apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor la ubicación, boca de metro en la puerta y si vienes en coche aparcamiento subterráneo también. El apartamento es pequeño pero suficiente. El baño un poco viejo y con olor a humedad, por ello siempre había alguna mosquita rondando por el apartamento y el último día una cucaracha. Referente a la entrada del portal, siempre estan los camareros del bar de al lado fumando dentro lo que da muy mala imagen además del olor que se queda. La subida a los apartamentos deberían arreglarla un poco, parece que estas entrando en una casa abandonada.
The best location, subway entrance at the door and if you come by car underground parking too. The apartment is small but sufficient. The bathroom a little old and with a musty smell, that's why there was always a mosquito hanging around the apartment and the last day a cockroach. Regarding the entrance to the portal, there are always the waiters from the bar next door smoking inside, which gives a very bad image besides the smell that remains. The climb to the apartments should fix it a bit, it seems that you are entering an abandoned house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Restauradores Apartments is reasonably priced, and is in a great location near train station, metro, and attractions. Our room was clean, nicely appointed and well maintained. Carlos who looked after our check in was friendly and helpful.
The apartments occupy one floor in the building so there are other occupants . The building's front door is not locked so there is open access. This did not compromise the security of the apartments as there are card locks on the main and individual unit doors. The waiters from the restaurant next door use the lobby as their staff room to smoke and use their phones. One morning there was a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell. There is no elevator so you need to climb three flights of stairs. On one day of our stay, housekeeping forgot to refill our coffee pods. There is no onsite front desk so you need to call for Carlos to meet you. When we first arrived the number I called went to to a Portuguese voicemail that I couldn't understand. Fortunately there was another guest who connected with Carlo's cell phone and he was on his way.
In spite of these quibbles we enjoyed staying here.
