THEY STOLE MY PRIVATE THINGS! DO NOT book this hotel. I left 2 things in the closet and they told me they couldn't find anything. After I arrived at the hotel, the girl at the front desk acted horrible and told me she would not give me a number to call the manager. She also yelled and screamed at me and made ironic jokes and told me it was my own fault for not picking up my things from the hotel. She wouldn't let me talk to the cleaning lady. I don't recommend this hotel. If you forget something here, you won't get anything back.

Location is perfect! Staff is super friendly so far, breakfast available is you want to, room was super clean. Some small details in the decor could have been fixed but overall a super nice experience and we'd definitely come back!

Excellent location for visiting Lisbon. Room very clean but carpets on the corridor need replacing. Breakfast very good selection and worth paying E8. Quite expensive once taxes added.

Lovely staff. Very clean, however the sheets are pretty worn and faded, they could use a refresh. Basic breakfast at the hotel, you'll find a tastier and cheaper option at Fabrica de Nata, around the corner.

We came back one evening to find our hotel room door wide open - it turned out that the door lock was not configured properly so our room was accessible to everyone… The hotel staff were very flustered and didn’t do much to help the situation. After a lot of convincing they finally gave us a different room because we felt unsafe! The hotel director refused to speak to us and we still haven’t heard from him, despite emailing twice and filing a formal complaint. We felt that our trip was ruined because we had to spend ages shifting rooms and we felt totally unsafe after. We have given the director a final chance to reply to our emails before we take things further. It’s shocking how unprofessional he is!

Well located and very clean hotel. Follow COVID Safety Standards (Clean&Safe stamp). Also great location near railway and metro station but also to most of the beautiful places in the old Lisbon.

A compact clean city hotel next to the central railway station. Rooms were bit small, but toilet was filled with sunlight, was very roomy and interestingly, you could open doors to french balcony and enjoy the city view while sitting on a toilet. The breakfast had normal selection and was tasty. Service worked well and was friendly. The 4 star rating is just due to the price and the size of the room, but the location might explain those.

Paid for and booked online for a King room, once I checked in, they gave me a small unlit room with just a window. Very different from what I saw and booked online, once I went back downstairs to ask for another room, they tried to make me feel bad about “complaining”. I could feel they were talking badly about me in Portuguese. It’s only fair to expect what you paid for. They made me wait about 30 minutes for a new room which was slightly better. Inside the room the corners are filled of mold, balcony had cigarette buds all over the place. I also took pictures as proof. Breakfast is an extra 8€ a day, where the mushrooms come from a can. I only booked this place because my stay in Lisbon was extended at the last minute and I wanted a central location. If it wasn’t for the location I would give this place 1 star. I do not recommend.
