A	Alessandra Nascimento on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei a carta de vinho cara,para a quantidade que vem na taça, e a tábua de frios vem 2 fatias de presunto e 3 pedaços pequenos de queijo por 9 euros,acho que não precisava de tanta miséria, lugar e muito bonito. I found the wine list expensive, for the amount that comes in the glass, and the cold cuts board comes 2 slices of ham and 3 small pieces of cheese for 9 euros, I don't think it needed so much misery, place and very beautiful.

Se estacionar no parque automóvel e fizer mais do que € 20 de compras, peça para lhe validarem o talão para não pagar o estacionamento... Liked it. I advise a visit with enough time to appreciate everything. In addition to the view over Ribeira do Porto! If you park in the car park and purchase more than €20, ask them to validate your receipt so you don't pay for parking...

Enviaram-nos um email a informar que a festa começava às 19h, quando chegamos o staff do bar disse-nos que a festa apenas começava às 20h e que tínhamos de sair e esperar 1h na rua. Nem uma bebida nos ofereceram para fazer tempo...Esperava um pouco mais de consideração, visto que foi um erro deles ao enviarem um email com a hora do começo da festa errado. Very good New Year's party! Super attentive and available staff. I don't give it 5 stars because it wasn't well organized. They sent us an email informing us that the party started at 7pm, when we arrived the bar staff told us that the party only started at 8pm and that we had to go out and wait 1h on the street. Not even a drink was offered to make time...I expected a little more consideration as it was their mistake to send an email with the wrong party start time.

Disseram imediatamente que não tinham mesa mas que iriam ver, pois as mesas disponíveis só tinham 3 lugares e, não podiam acrescentar mais lugares. Depois de uma longa espera lá vieram tirar nota do pedido. Equipa jovem, esforçada mas muito mal direcionada. Depois de mais alguma espera lá chegou a tábua mista ao mesmo tempo que o vinho... Não percebi o que foi preparado ao momento, o vinho ou a tábua de enchidos e queijo. Sem perceber como a conta aparece na mesa ao qual dizemos que pode voltar para trás pois não havia sido pedida! Terminada tábua e o vinho pedimos então a dita conta, que 30minutos depois não chegou. Resultado todos estes pequenos pormenores deitaram por terra uma experiência que podia ter sido vencedora. A falta de preparação de quem da a cara e faz o serviço de uma casa é o principal! Beautiful space, functional zero for snacks and wine. We arrived and were greeted where they asked us the number of people, 4. They immediately said that they didn't have a table but that they would see, as the available tables only had 3 seats and they couldn't add more seats. After a long wait, they came to take note of the order. Young team, hardworking but very poorly directed. After some more waiting, the mixed board arrived at the same time as the wine... I didn't realize what was prepared at the time, the wine or the sausage and cheese board. Without noticing how the bill appears on the table to which we say you can go back because it wasn't asked for! After the board and wine were finished, we asked for the said bill, which 30 minutes later did not arrive. As a result, all these small details brought to the ground an experience that could have been a winner. The lack of preparation of those who show their face and do the housework is the main thing!

Preços mais altos do que de costume como um copo de vinho a 7 euros. Beautiful place, with incredible views and quality live music, but very, very time-consuming service. It's worth the visit but you have to be patient. Higher than usual prices like a glass of wine at 7 euros.

As we never been to WOW we first started at the Golden Catch where a lovely waitress received us explaining the whole concept , she was very kind and told us that for a more 'evening/cozy' atmosphere the Angel's share upstairs was very nice. I usually do not write critics about places I go but having worked many years in hospitality I was quite chocked by the service at Angel's share. My friends and I spend 150€ there and the service was terrible. In a trendy and expensive place like that when we spend that amount of money ( or not even) we expect a friendly/kind and attentive service. - we were first proposed to go outside on the terrace as there was no table inside available - the waitress told us she would come back as soon as one would be free inside as it was very cold outside but she never came back - a bill of 150€ on drinks and no little attention such as bringing a small bowl of crisps/ nuts or anything - when order a dry martini with olive : no plates neither napkins (where do you put your stick and the seeds? on the table ? very hygienic in a period of covid - 5 people were working on that evening and there were all chatting by the bar, but the attention to customer was very poor. I understand it is not fun to work on NYE but i mean in a place where you pay 15€ a cocktail in Porto , we expect a nice and friendly service. A real shame considering the fact that the bar is very nice, the live music was great but I never experienced a poor service like this one in a place that intend to be fancy/luxurious.
R	Rachel Dacre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem this was to find! This was an excellent and welcome end to our World of Wine experience/museum trip. The bar has fantastic views over the whole of Porto and a fantastic choice in wine, with great snacks (I recommend the vegetable dumplings) and great live music. It could be seen as more pricey than other, more local bars/restaurants. Though, as someone who comes from London, the prices are just normal to me! Plus, the wine, service and atmosphere are all excellent, so I would say it is worth it. It felt like a really special place. I would definitely recommend you visit, even if you don't visit any of the museums and even if you just stay for one drink.
