Demorou 1 hora, para além do senhor não saber qual a encomenda e para quem se destinava, foi mal educado, arrogante, com uma falta imensa de profissionalismo. No final quando lá encontrou o que eu queria, não tinha multibanco para pagar. Serviço ao cliente foi péssimo!! Não aconselho e deveriam mudar o staff para uma pessoa mais jovem e que tenha vontade de trabalhar e atender clientes que são quem lhes paga para manter o negócio vivo.
I went to get an order from this store which was just to get up. It took 1 hour, in addition to you not knowing what the order was and for whom it was intended, you were rude, arrogant, with an immense lack of professionalism. In the end, when he found what I wanted there, I didn't have an ATM to pay. Customer service was lousy !! I do not advise and they should change the staff to a younger person who is willing to work and serve clients who are the ones who pay them to keep the business alive.
