But if you stay in this hotel, please reject the rooms 418 amd 419, in the middle is the building main AC room. It's 3am and the noise is making me crazy!

Very nice breakfast, standard rooms with a nice view. We had a problem with the air conditioning that was fixed immediately by the staff.
Amazing Spa and gym.

Positive notes:
Rooms are large and clean; wifi is free and decent; park is free on the outside but 3,50€/day on the garage; staff is friendly; breakfast is good.
The restaurant staff is nice and attentive but don't expect a chef cuisine and diversity for dinner;
Not so good notes:
The spa was not a good experience. We went on robe a slippers, as expected on a hotel spa, as we exit the lift there's a foyer with a meeting room on your left (full with people and with a glass wall) and some chairs with others waiting for something. As this was not emabressing enough, we went through a door (in case you miss it is the one in front of the lift) and into a gym (that's not exclusive to the hotel guests). Robe and slippers walking through a gym with people exercising in several machines. Cross the lock room and finally spa! we didn't appreciate the exposure, and on the next day, instead of staying sometime after breakfast, we just checked out and left. The "spa" on the name of the hotel should be rethought. It didn't correspond to the expectations and can not be compared with other spa hotels we have been before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the weekend this hotel is a drama, non-stop full of people for the elevator need waiting for 15 20 minutes, for breakfast queue is for half hour or more, car park full not possible to park car and watch the movie on the internet is impossible because non-stop is weak signal. The hotel's gym is non-stop full of people from outside and every equipment are busy.Usally temperature in a room is 25 27 degree and air-conditioning work in theory because panel do not work (all is switch off for safe power, can't sleep in night time when is 27 degree) for me is a poor service...

Due new Covid restrictions we weren’t able to travel so I contacted the hotel by email 6 times to try to find a solution. No replies at all, not even one saying it’s nothing we can do about it.
So beautiful people don’t spend your money in a place where they don’t even give you a chance to talk to you.
I don’t recommend this hotel at all!
