★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment. Room cleaned every day. Not much on for kids other than the pool and the main strip is a good 25 minute Walk. Staff seem friendly and helpful. Would visit again if it was just me and my husband but need something a little more for the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place with good conditions for the guests. Clean and functional. Some minor details like the TV channels where off order, internet was good but sometimes went to zero, one elevator was slow and sometimes slower than normal.Staff was helpful and nice.
The only problem I've found was related to the guests. Some of them had no respect for silence and comfort regarding other guests. Despite this, it's ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall we were happy with the room and staff. Could only add an oven as we like cooking our own food. Also the mattress could be a little better as we were there for 9 days. But nothing too bad. Would go again, and would also recommend. Thanks.

studios place is worthless not even for one star book room paid extra for sea view but they not give us shows in systems stranded room stranderd room which is bathroom fulthy and crack mark in dirty mark in bath tub around kitchen worktop and sink tap broken windows curtain worn 1st night top white window curtains not sheet on my bed also bed bottom sheet big mark cant proper sleep pillow slouchy mattress poor quality every turn is moving makes noisy some staff is nice some are rude cleaner not cleaning every day left dirty towels on floor three days not changed any towel or bed sheet camplain still waiting to resolve issues week now only one receptionist said to arrange change room still waiting but never resolved any issues lady receptionist rude asked many time to speak manger never give me number even left my number they ring me or come to see room number 505/506 they don't bather about costumers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 4 star hotel with no air con it’s ridiculous! Beds are very uncomfortable and our bed side lights didn’t work, to be fair they did fix them. But I emailed the company and no reply as they do have other hotels so would have liked to have been moved. Very difficult to sleep they gave us a fan not quite the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is not a 4* hotel. We were here for an 8 day holiday and were impressed when we booked by the promised amenities. However, the restaurant was closed after breakfast for the entire day, the indoor pool was closed, the indoor bar was closed, the pool bar closed at 5.30 which meant that nowhere in the hotel could we get food or drink. The grounds were not cleaned daily, there was cigarette butt's everywhere, the supermarket we were told was on site was closed. The lights in the room don't work properly, the switches are damaged, one fell off when I switched it on. Handprints on the wall of the room, broken ceiling vent, manky dirty grout in the bathroom on the floor and walls, air con doesn't work. Toilets by the pool are closed. It's not a good hotel, spend your money elsewhere.
